QuickBooks and Intuit are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Warehouse Tools is an independent application and is not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Intuit Inc.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial or paid subscription:

• You agree to provide accurate billing details.
• Paid subscriptions auto-renew on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time within your Account Settings or by contacting support.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Warehouse Tools responsibly and legally. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure or other accounts.
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading company and integration details.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data retrieved from, generated by, or synced with your external accounts.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Warehouse Tools at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in misuse of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Warehouse Tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including data loss or operational delays, or shipping discrepancies.
