• QuickBooks Data: Access tokens and read-only invoice/item details retrieved via the Intuit QuickBooks Online API to generate documentation.
• User Account Information: Name, email address, and company details provided during registration.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to:

• Authenticate your account using OAuth 2.0.
• Retrieve invoice and product details required to generate custom documents (e.g., Bills of Lading).
• Provide user support and system improvements.

3. Data Sharing and Protection

We do not sell, rent, or share your Intuit or QuickBooks data with any third parties. All data processed is used exclusively for the benefit of your account. Access tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted and stored securely in server-side databases.

4. Data Retention and Revocation

You can revoke our app's access to your QuickBooks Online account at any time through your Intuit account settings. Upon disconnection, access tokens are invalidated immediately.
