Warehouse Tools ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application integrated with QuickBooks Online.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide our service, including:

  • QuickBooks Data: Access tokens and relevant invoice, customer, or item details retrieved via the Intuit QuickBooks Online API to generate documentation.
  • User Account Information: Name, email address, and company details provided during registration.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to:

  • Authenticate your account using OAuth 2.0.
  • Retrieve required operational data to generate custom documents (e.g., Bills of Lading).
  • Provide user support and system improvements.

3. Data Sharing and Protection

🛡️ We do not sell, rent, or share your Intuit or QuickBooks data with any third parties. All data processed is used exclusively for the benefit of your account.

OAuth access/refresh tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols and stored securely in server-side databases.

4. Data Retention and Revocation

You can revoke our application's access to your QuickBooks Online account at any time through your Intuit account settings. Upon disconnection, stored OAuth access tokens are invalidated immediately.

5. Data Deletion & Account Revocation

🗑️ You can permanently delete your account and revoke our access to your QuickBooks Online data at any time directly within the application under Account & Settings > Delete Account.

Alternatively, you may request full data deletion by contacting us at support@qbo.warehousetools.tech. Upon confirmation, your OAuth access tokens are immediately revoked with Intuit, and all stored company data is permanently removed from our databases.
